  This is the second pre-release tagging of budgie-desktop-services strictly to enable some distributions to begin packaging efforts.

  First pre-release tagging of budgie-desktop-services strictly to enable some distributions to begin packaging efforts. It is not intended for use yet (it is mostly a skeleton excluding some early code for hooking up with the budgie-desktop-services) and will be tagged as a final release (1.0) when it is ready 😄
