Similar crash as others - its looping on zwlr_output_manager

  1. Monitor connected + laptop
  2. Lock the screen
  3. Wait until both the laptop and monitor go to sleep - i.e. the laptop has gone to sleep
  4. wake the laptop and login
  5. crash
