toml is being reset under wayfire #32

Odd observation. Using wayfire for budgie. In wdisplays when I change the DPI to 1.2 or 2 and apply I can see this reflected in the toml.

Logout and login, the original resolution is displayed - looking at the toml the scale is back to 1.0. Very odd.
