[Bug] Laptop display not reenabled when other displays are removed #29

Description

When removing additional displays, the last display (i.e. laptop's internal display) is no longer reenabled. This results in needing to plug the additional display back in to reenable the laptop display before then removing it again.

Budgie version

budgie-desktop 10.10.1 (git-32c414900061ea501b2866f934dbd6893e99d0e6)

Operating System

Arch Linux

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Attach a second display
  2. Use wdisplays to disable internal display
  3. Remove second display

Actual result

Laptop display remains off

Expected result

Lapotp display is reenabled, as would happen in 10.9
