This is a task for implementation of "meta actions" for keybinds, for example:

Performing an action on a particular window, e.g. maximize / minimize / tiling / fullscreen
Triggering the interaction and visualization of an alt+tab (Alt+Tab -> Start dialog but doesn't kill it unless the Alt modifier is released or Esc pressed as examples)
