Power menu fails to load on first click #7

When I try to open the power menu either from the menu or from the panel widgets, it doesn't load when I first click it.

When I try again, it opens on the second one, and any further click.

It's almost as if it is preloading when it is first clicked.

Version: Budgie 10.10.2
OS: Arch Linux
