Action setters (should be OK as config uses this)
Fix anchor setting and relative_to for bd::OutputTargetState::setDefaultValues which should resolve position anchoring.
a. Ensure relative_to / anchoring propagate from config to meta objects
Validate batch system configuration

Stretch goals

Meta object to DBus signal wiring (connectors should already be there, just a matter of setting it up and validation).

This is an issue / TODO for the Display Configuration Batch System. Preliminary DBus support has been added and some DBus functionality (properties, nodes, etc. of output system, as well as some getters for BatchSystem) have been validated. Need to validate and/or fix the following: 1. Action setters (should be OK as config uses this) 2.
